Lower down the logo

Hi, I noticed that when I changed my logo on the website, it when way up..how can I do to make it to almost the same level as the menu? you see I moved the menu to the right side. And I have to much white space on top.

Please adjust the 20px value to your taste.

Remember to enable "Use the override.css file" in theme settings (item in admin menu, under comments section, advanced tab).
