Some issues with Image Show Widget

Hi, I followed the documentation and tried to install the widgets, but I failed.
If I install GK Image widget for the header, my website breaks into 2 parts. Please have a look here:

After trying to fix it several times without any success I would highly appreciate some input what has happened here...
