Certain Sidebar items showing on Front Page

On my websites Millburn.SuburbanGuides.com, all of a sudden certain sidebar items started showing on my HomePage. I deleted the three widgets involved, and then re-entered them - but they still appear Even though they are only supposed to show on "No Pages except" as shown in attachment. Please provide answer to fix.

Similar to the past, a sidebar item "Sub Catergary Widget" titled "Cuisine" is showing on the Front Page of my website "Millburn.SuburbanGuides.com". This happened in the past (March of this year)- and appeared to "fix itself". Any ideas as to why this is happening again? The "Sub Catergary Widget" is Version 1.2 by BrokenCrust.
