Page Full Screen Background Slider Plugin

Hi, I´ve been spending some time searching for a plugin that allows me to have a different Full Screen Background Slider for each page.

Any suggestions ?

You can use GK Image Show and set different Image Show widget for each page (using Widget Rules).

I´m trying to set the contact form on top of the GK Image Show in the contact page. I put the same code I had in the page before but it doesn´t show the form (instead it shows the code ("[contactform name="yes" ...]).

Is there a way to achieve this ?

Try to add new text widget with this shortcode ([contactform ... to another widget area) or you can create a new widget area for this contact form, it's described here:
