What is the default text is the custom post fields ?

What is all this mumbo jumbo ?
Can I delete these custom post fields ?
Or do i risk breaking something if I do ?

That's post fields with post parameters, e.g. if you add keywords, they will be added to gavern-post-keywords pos field value.

You can hide custom fields in screen options.

What I want to know is if I can delete the garbage text I circled in red. Do they have any meaning ? Can I hit the delete button for say... "gaven-post-params-templates" for instance.

Generally you can, but if you are using e.g. post additional params (show date, category, author etc) they won't work anymore.

And if you change post additional params again and update post, "gaven-post-params-templates" custom field will be added again.
