Can't get GK Portfolio to work

Trying to get the GK Portfolio widget to work. I see the code in the source file when I view the source of the page, but none of the widgets are showing up.

Check your GK Portfolio widget configuration, maybe you set more pages/cols/rows than you have articles. GK Portfolio won't work properly without at least 3 articles with featured images.

You have to choose at least 2 pages in widget configuration and now categories slug is selected as a data source, but you don't specify this slug.

I selected latest post and it's working properly, you can use categories slug and type i.e. portfolio slug.
