Creativity Installation does not show on Explorer

Hi.
I recently install the "Creativity" temp on an existing joomla installation3.6.2 under domain name www.fanikdesign.gr which does not show on Explorer.

i managed to find the reason that the domain does not open on explorer
the reason is that is missing the /en/ at end of the url which worked for the previous temp (Joomlart)
After installing your temp Creativity the launching url does not come with /en/
Please let me know how can solve the problem

Hi

That's weird because url has nothing to do with template. Please send me an access to joomla panel and ftp I'll see what can be wrong.

Can You please tell me how to reproduce this error? I've switched all SEF settings to ON, but site works normally. I need same conditions You've experienced this problem.

Hi Moderator!
The problem is solved after i did unpublished "System - Language Filter" plugin.
I did that after reading the following link

Hi

If it helped than it has to be good, but to be honest I do not see a connection between Explorer and this language filter plugin. Probably some recognition issue in Explorer. Anyway, good just making it work.
