Font awesome icons not showing up

Hi,

I'm using firefox as browser with no editor set. However I try, I cannot get any icons in my articles or in a custom HTML module to show up.
I have a clean install of the template running.
As a test, I installed the quickstart as well to reference code, and I'm also not seeing and icons appearing.
I need some guidance as to what is causing this.

The code I'm using is:

Code: Select all: <i class="fa fa-lock"></i>

I can provide access to the site - let me know who can have a look at it.
