I have the latest Joomla release and using the creativity template. When I go in through the front end or back end to edit, I get this error message - Fatal error: Call to a member function getFieldset() on a non-object in /home/michmeadows/public_html/components/com_config/view/config/tmpl/default_site.php on line 15

This happens when I paste in text. I've even pasted the text first into note pad, then copy and paste from Note pad and still get the error. If I had type it in, it kind of works. It will allow me to type a sentence or 2, but anything more than a x amount of characters it gives me the error message.
website is www.michiganmeadows.com

Thanks

Yes, when I changed the template to Protostar it still gave me the same error.

What's interesting is when I copy certain content on the site and paste it in, it allows me to save and add the content, but sometimes it doesn't allow me to save it and gives me the error message.

I guess this is more geneeric Joomla problem (not related to the template itself). I would start with checking if all Joomla files are uploaded correctly on your server.
