Banner slides are not visible

I am just new in web design and I'm trying to build my personal site but I'm not able to see banner slides and other things which is I can see on demo template, Please help me to build my personal site.

I have fixed the top banner issue after reading lot of posts,

Now I want to enable scroll on my main page, when i scroll all menu show in scrolling, would you please help me on it.
