Can't change / upload an image instead creativity demo jpg

In trying customize from quickstart installation but i cant replace or a add a new picture , I cant upload form my computer or choose from the server a picture already in the image folder and get the attached message below.
Any hint please?

Looks like server premission issues - please verify if image folders and temp folders has right permissions.

I did check that before and all are 777

And I tried too create a new article in K2 but it doesnt shoe afte What we do , it shows when push MORE WORK but goes to the full article and it doesnt show the picture either if i create a joomla article it shows under What we do

@dec10 - please lets stick to original question - perhaps you could ask your hosting company for support - its purely somethgin server related.

I did ask and they they that all its ok, and told me to ask the developer of the package (Gavick) or what i need to ask?
The original question? the thing is there is a problem with the images quickstart, i cant modify i cant change them i cant delete i cant add and article with pictures or doesnt show and its no a permission problem so what else can be?? Im stuck i cant do more and i dont get help

You have 777 permissions on all folders and files or just on some of them?

all folders in system information/directory permissions, media/k2 and subfolders are writable. Which other folders need be writable ? Do you have a list to edit properly the package? Its a very time consuming to try guessing which folder and which not to make it work, besides its a bad practice.
