I cant install the quickstart package

I upload the quick start package 3 and i cant go to the step 2 database fields and just stay on the step 1 and do not show me any error, if I leave the fileds empty it shosw me there error as empty fields but I fill the fields and just cant go further to the next step
Help Please

Please verify if all files was transferred correctly (reupload them).

I did reupload 4 times and still same problem its not going anywhere cant go further stays always at the first step configuration
