Hi, if I would like to collect some statistical data I've to put extrawatch at intro Position but than the slide Show is not running anymore. How could I use extrawatch with your template?

hard to say, most stats script do not harm modules, or it shouldn't.
Sorry but we cannot support all "weird programmers and their crazy machines" from JED.
Template - is not guilty is not harm (!) so only module have problem.
So you have two options:
1) Ask ExtraWatch developer why it kills our module?
2) Use alternative Image Show module which will not be "killed"
