Creativity and parallax

Good morning, how could put the parallax effect on creativity template ?.

it depends how advanced effects you need,
But in most cases....
1) Use Parallax BG module
2) Use Parallax Slideshow Module
3) Use Animation plugin
4) good quality photos

and you can get great effect, but good modules/photos cost few euro.
