Hi,

Please refer to the following website:

http://www.idealengineeringservices.com

I am wanting to change the colour to the follow hex colour code:

yellow: FFCB00

This means that the header colour, the italics for quotes, the url links, hover buttons and hover text, and the colour shade at the bottom to be this colour.

This way it would match the logo.

Please paste the relevant overiding code for this.

Thanks.

Hi CYBEREK,

I am wanting to use the colour (or similar colour) to the yellow in the header logo. Refer attachment aswell.

Is there any specific code that can change one of the default colours to this colour?

Thanks

I would need to know which elements colour you would like to modify. Could you please make a screenshot and mark one of "coloured" elements so I can check how you could do that kind of modification?

OK, High Cyberek,

When you refer to the website http://www.idealengineeringservices.com, it has a default colour of blue.

When referring to the template demo site on your website, there is a selection of 6 template style colours to choose from.

I would like my colour (the yellow colour that is in the logo) to be one of these colours.

This means then I would see all the buttons, italics marks ("") and hover font would be in my chosen colour.

Hope that makes sense.

Refer to attachment.

Cheers

Colour schemes are defined in templates/gk_creativity/css/style1.css - templates/gk_creativity/css/style6.css files.
First one is a default one. You will find a lot of different colour definitions in that file. Please start to experiment with them and if you will have a problem with some of the site elements which will not change after modifying colours in that file, please let me know.

Hi Cyberek,

Your instructions were easy to understand and it worked a treat.

I tested it on another site I am building. http://www.liddleones.com

Now I will go and do it to my http://www.idealengineeringservices.com site

Looks good.

Thanks for your help.
