6) Contact form is still not working. When I click "Wyslij" i don't have any error message. Of course I set up all options in admin panel and enable plugin. I know, that is a hard question 'why dont working', but I don't know what kind of information you need to help me.

a) bad mailing setting in Global Configuration
b) Hosting restrictions policy

ad a) It's easy to check , create a new menu item which will show default Joomla contact form (from component)

It is not exactly what I want. I need only make full width background (gray) color, not a module or table.

Check, blue is active limited area.
If we will change whole BG color is will break color on other parts.

Hmm... did you know why when I install this component I don't see it in module/component list? Instalation was successful.

It was only suggestion which module you can use.
On JED there are many modules which can show news (articles/K2 items), have fun.
