How to have Mobile Menu like the Event Template or last ones

Hi everybody,
What to change in mobile.css or template.css to be able to show the "Mobile Menu" same like your last ones templates for example "gk_events" inside smartphones or smaller responsive support. inside my "gk_creative"template

I'm sorry but implementation of this type of menu in this template is a custom work which is beyond of our technical support.
