How can I edit those words: "name, e-mail, message title, your message, send message"?

Find this phrases by Total Commander search at templates files (look for gk contact files) and replace them by Notepad++...
I already do it.
You need file: administrator / language / en-GB / en-GB.plg_system_gkcontact.ini
In a bottom of file after ; Front-end you find what you need...
