add/change template colour

Hi,
what would be the easiest way to change the template colour?
There are few to choose from, but I'd like a different colour - how do I go about adding additional colour (or edit existing one)?

You can either add new colour scheme and copy existing colour scheme to new file and modify it, or modify existing one.
Either case - you need to know css to do so.
