How to change color style of template?

Hello, I want to change color of my template, but Basic settings > template color> color II - doesn't work.
When I change colors, nothing happens on the website.

are you using Quickstart ?
If yes, please note that in Template Manager their are two such a templates.
Creativity - Subpages
Creativity - Frontpage

You have to change for them separately.

No, I'm not using the quickstart

So all the time you have this same style , yes?
Did you tried on different browsers too ?
