make menu always visible

Hello,

When the user first lands on the homepage, the gkTop including logo and main menu is not present. I would like this to be always visible. Please advise, thanks.

funny, but you choose such a template, with this appearance.
Next time choose others which have top menu always visible.
But right now please don't worry ... and use:

What else I saw:
1st - Donate and Join in section, you used there puppymagic.wufoo.com - form creator,
next time I suggest use RSForm Pro component also with PayPal payment plugin which may help integrate form into Joomla itself.

2nd - sorry but right now, website template is "business boring", I am not convinced, even though an initiative is great. I love all dogs.
