Error after saving changes in configuration

hey you guys!

just installed the creativity-template on my joomla 3.3.3 version.

when i want to configure the template and try to save it i get the following error message:

Access denied by security policy

i don't have the problem with any other template - except creativity.

my system is optimated for joomla!

does anybody know how the error could happen.

Hello,

This kind of message can be caused by 3rd party security extensions - which ones do you have installed on your website?

hello

i installed xtplorer & xcloner - nothing else. i deinstalled it but the error is still appear?????

what to do?

Please make sure that it is not a hosting issue, because as far as I know Joomla has no this kind of messages - it seems to be a hosting message.
