CSS styles in modules

In some modules (header, bottoom 1 and 2) CSS styles (blue color or grey) is working for all screen width...
Example: http://samotury.ru/#gkBottom1-2
And in some modules (top, mainbody) only for template width...
Example: http://samotury.ru/#gkMainbody
Is it possible to do all CSS styles the same (for screen or template width) and how can I do this?

Without a some major css changes sadly no.
