Template Install With Errors But Official Joomla works fine

When installing from quick start, after i enter all information, installation doesn't start and an infinite loop happens.
I can only install by manually creating the configuration file. But after this force install, if i want to update joomla or install a plugin, i get a 500 internal server error page.

if i install official joomla 3.3 version, there is no problem on installation or after like these. How can i solve this problem?

nope, i'm trying all but nothing change.
i really don't understand, everything is the same, when i use official joomla 3.3 everything is perfect but when i do with quickstart i even cannot install. i tried from 3 different computers, closed all adblock etc, all the same. The hosting company also cannot solve, they say use the official version, for theme Gavick must help me.

Can it be one of the problems that the update solved? Do you plan to upload 3.3 version of the quickstart?

Please send me an access to ftp and details to access database. I'll try to install it myself.

Problem Solved !!!
In php.ini file, i set display_errors = Off before but it didn't work.
Then i change log_errors=Off and now installation is working.
I see that even i give right permissions to log file, in 3.1 version its not working good.
