Icon header module

Hello,
I needed to put a social icon in the module header. Just need to display this icon in place of the title. It is possible that with suffix? If yes, how would the code based on template Creativity?

To do that You will need to modify /html/modules.php and add this social icon in place or next to header title file, unfortunatelly that's a customisation request which we do not support so I cannot assist, sorry.
