I've already discovered where it is changed to lowercase...
But I wonder, can not be combined uppercase and lowercase as in HEADINGS
How can I do it?

Ok, right now I don't know what you are trying to do.
If mixing uppercase and lower in one line - then disable text-transform: uppercase and create uppercase by editing the line.
