But editing this plugin code is very simple so you will hand it,
just add your extra line inside plugin source code
or
use another contact module etc.

If I choose another contact extension from joomla, will it be 100% compatible with the creativity template?. Do you have any recommendation about this?

There are at least 20 contact modules and you can also build contact using Form components - so ..It's hard to say or suggest something.
