Hello, basically my main menu and my sub pages menu is the same. I want to know if I can erase all the items I won´t need in my sub pages menu. So just you know, I Installed the quick start package. I don´t want to do something that I will regret.

As long as you will not delete main menu - you won't have any problems :).
