Error after upgrading to 3

Hi,
I get this error after upgrading from 2.5 to 3

Fatal error: Class 'JParameter' not found in /home3/leaseyou/public_html/plugins/system/plg_gkextmenu/plg_gkextmenu.php on line 26

I can't access my administrator.

I asked and they said "gkextmenu is a 3.party extension. Have you updated it to a Joomla! 3.x compatible version?" I'm guessing the gk in gkextmenu is a gavick extension?
