Why I don't see the mobile menu in Creativity template

many peoples told me that they don't see the menu on their mobile or tablets. Could you tell me what solution i have to change or improve it.

Your problem is connected with fact that your frontpage is too short and user cannot scroll it on the mobile device to see the menu.

Ok, so one solution is to increase the frontpage, but like i don't want, could you tell me over solutions?

Could you tell me how i can configure News Show Pro GK5 for show on the home page only the pics of the categories? I tryed many things but it only show the articles.

Currently there is no way in NSP GK5 to display categories as items.

Regarding the menu problem - you can try to add this code at the end of css/template.css file:

#gkTop.isIntro {
top: 0!important;
}

Then the menu should be always visible.

Could you remind me how i add this code?

You have to connect via FTP with your server go to templates/gk_creativity/css/ directory then download template.css file - edit it on your computer and add the mentioned fragment at the end of this file. Then please upload this file to the server and the changes should be visible on your page.
