How to add a menu that appears on frontpage and subpages

How can i add or create a menu like Blog menu that appears both frontpage and subpages ?

Hello,

If you are using two menus, then you can create a "clone" of specific menu items using menu item type called "Alias" - which will be connected with specific menu items in other menu.
