I have created Articles for Terms of Use and Privacy under K2 Articles and i want to link both of them to the footer menu module "Terms of Use" and "Privacy", how to do that?

Hi,
I don't see your page, but if you are using quickstart, all you have to do is change replace menu items links
On list of available menus you should see Footer Menu -- there ... Change Menu Item Type from external link to K2 item.
