Font-Awesome icons don't work

Having trouble with the Font-Awesome icons. When I use the html code, it doesn't do anything. When I go back into the code editor, it actually removes all the font-awesome html code. Thoughts?

I would need to see an example of the pages to see the code, but looks like it's a problem with editor stripping the ocde away. Please try disable editor and try to put this icon by using clean html.

My site is on Joomla, using the default TinyMCE editor. I turned off the editor and the icon came up just fine, but as soon as I put the editor back on, the icon changes to a square box.

Editor will always strip this code, so please just turn if off while dealing with this icons and after You save the code You can turn it back on.

I can do that, but now none of my icons work, on the site.

Please just go to user configuration, disable editor and than add all the icons again. It will not be stripped this time and You will be able to see them.

I disabled the editor. The problem is that it seems none of the typography icons are functioning. Don't know how I would be able to add those icons back ??

Sorry for the delay, I didn't see your last post. I corrected the srcpath in the font-awesome.css file
