Place where I can change the Adress from Creavity

Hi all

I can't find the place where I can change the Adress from Creavity.
In the Modul Contact__... i've a html Code like <GKCONTACT> this is for the Form - but where can I change the effectiv adress from: Creativity
31 Columbus Circle, 12th Floor
New York, NY 10000
Phone : 876.543.321
Fax : 212.212.12
We are open Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

...to my adress?

I'd look in the contacts but i did not fount it.

2) As you see all data are stored in plugin configuration. Go to Plugin Manager --> GK Contact -- there
