Mobile menu on desktop

After i uploaded my site to a server with kickstarter, the site show always the mobile menu. This is the site: www.misionpais.cl/v5

Its not all the time. 10 minutes ago was fine, and now again is like mobile menu...

Do you use cache? For me it still looks fine

In Joomla system properties, cache is off. I do not use an optimisation plugin. In explorer it's always like this. I'm now at work an I see that on this computer it's also the same?

Same issue here on my page.

For some reason the mobile menu shows on the top left hand side.
