So you have to use a copy of language file to create your own - fully translated, with different prefix name.

In the first link I found GKCONTACT {handling} finally with a notation that says:

 How to translate labels (Name, Your message)?

Current version includes support for multilingual sites, but You have to translate in-GB.plg_system_gkcontact.ini file first. Unfortunately, not all of the fields, like address info box, That Appear in plugin can actually be translated.

But nowhere pate found: GB.plg_system_gkcontact.ini, in LANGUAGE / en-GB

The other link is dedicated mostly to: en-GB tpl_gk_shop_and_buy. ini.

I hope that you have installed Gk Contact plugin, so you should find those files

administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.plg_system_gkcontact.ini
administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.plg_system_gkcontact.sys.ini

copy them to your computer from server

rename filename changing file prefix, for example, if you're French
FROM
en-GB.plg_system_gkcontact.ini
TO
fr-FR.plg_system_gkcontact.ini

Now you can translate it /use UTF-8 if your language have special chars/

After translation process copy to
administrator\language\fr-FR\

That's all, no magic.
