Menu in Doc Joomla

Hi, I used to joomla document using Page Break, now I want to put a menu on the right of the doc. supposedly the position is "Custom Position" / "sidebar" but I can not display the menu, I appreciate a help.

there is a small misunderstanding

A page break is a part of article not single module, so you can do this like you told.

I suggest to create a new category --> MyBook - then add there all articles connected with this topic.
Then create a new menu and add there all articles as a menu items.
Than publish article and assassinated menu module.

! This is better for SEO also.!

I know it's based on J2.5 but in J3.x it works this same.

Second solution, use Tabs plugin.
Using a tabs you can easily organize your content in tabs making it better stand out and easier to navigate.

or similar solution which will work under J3.x
