Cannot Install Quickstart

I have been trying to install the quickstart package for Creativity with no luck. The other forum posts do not seem to solve my problem. I am working locally on a Joomla 3.0 site. When I try and install the file through Extensions Manager it says that it is successful but there is no content from the demo available. Below is a screenshot of the installation. Please let me know how I can make this possible.

I made a mistake with the last post, but I am still having a problem. On the finalization page, when I click install it just refreshes the same page rather than installing the demo content. Any idea why?
