GK Button Typography not working

Hi!

I've installed Joomla 3.1.5, later Creativity template and rest of files for J3 at last. Also I've installed a quickstart Creativity template for learning proposals (where the button works perfect).

In first place, when I open the editor I have the same error that related in this post:

I've done the solution that you say, and the error disappears, but the button don't.

Yes, I saved the plugin configuration. After that, the error not shows again. But the button still missing. I've cleaned the cache too.

What is the solution?, i have the same problem with typography in Creativity Template.
I saved the pluggin and there is no message, but the button still does not appear.
Meanwhile i changed to the Protostar template.

All that you need to do is to open plugin configuration and save again - this should resolve issue.

I saved de pluggin but I realized that the "gk-typography" button is hidden under the other buttons. I attached a imagen of tinyMCE editor with this issue.

The button work but there is a little space where is active but this is hidden.
This happen in several templates. (for example: Game-news, Creativity)

All that you need to do is to open plugin configuration and save again - this should resolve issue.

I used "element inspection" of Google Chrome and seem that button height is zero (14px x 0px). Screen attached.
