I managed to get away with modifying my website without messing with the template structure, but now I need to add a position right above contact.

How is this done?

Additionally- All of my menu items are not functioning correctly. Thoughts?

Okay- Figured that out. they are just module positions... How do I properly assign it to a menu item though?
