Installation problem Creativity

Problem to install Creativity Quickstart 3x, no way can be installed. It seems that something missing from the Quickstart package.
I tried Simplicity and was installed immediately without any problem.
Does anybody can advise what is going on with Creativity?

Unable to complete installation!

how can you solve?
I tried 3 times to install and remove, but nothing ... it locks in step 3!

On Step 3 before clicking on next button, did you guys checked

1. Pre-installation Check towards bottom left.
2. Recommended settings towards bottom right.

Also please state if you are installing this in a localhost server such as Xamp, Wamp or hosted on hosting server online.

Please also check apache error.logs for any errors. Please compare time of installation against the log so you don't have to copy too many unnecessary lines.

Still unable to install. Finalisation cannot be done.

At the last stage - shows again the previous page, but no error reported.

there is a big problem with this Quickstart 3x!! on local server wamp. first time ever that it happend so it must be with your last upgrade joomla 3 package. for joomla 2.5 it worked good!
also no error reported!

You need to edit php.ini file.
Click on Wamp Server Icon.
Go to PHP then PHP.ini.
Search for display_errors
You need the line with following

Code: Select all

display_errors = On


Then turn it off.

Code: Select all

display_errors = Off


Stop and restart wamp server.

We install template to hosting server online with PHP version 5.3.26, MySQL version 5.5.31-cll, Apache version 2.2.24, cPanel Version 11.38.0 (build 18)
1. Pre-installation Check - is ok

(Display Errors On is highlighted red)

Can you please tell me what is wrong and how can I fix it?

Just now I solve the problem adding in php.ini

Hi. I am having the same problem.

I've already done the following:
magic_quotes_gpc = Off;
magic_quotes_runtime = Off;
magic_quotes_sybase = Off;
display_errors = Off;

but it still gets stuck at step3. I am installing on local server running wamp v2.1.

Our packages works in most server environments but sometimes depending on server setup and settings these kind of problems do rise.
