Those BIG letters came from language\en-GB.tpl_gk_creativity.ini - check if you have this file
then translate those sentence in it:

TPL_GK_LANG_LOGOUT="Logout"
TPL_GK_LANG_REGISTER="Sign Up"

and rename to ru-RU.tpl_gk_creativity.ini and copy to your language file.
