Problem with Google analytics

Hello friends,
First of all sorry about my bad english.

I have a problem with analytics in this template. I have add the analytics code in the frontpage set-up and it shows traffic landing there without problem, but I can't see users flow in the other pages, it only shows traffic in frontpage. If I visit any article, analytics still shows that I am in frontpage. So users flow doesn't exist.
I don't know if I have to add analytics code also in subpages-template set-up or if I do that it will duplicate dates.

What can I do??
