Can someone help me figure out how to change the LOG IN button on the menu bar to say something else and then to link to a page on the site and not a pop up box?

I can't figure this out to save the life of me.

Anytime I create a new custom html module and publish it in the login position it goes back to the "LOG IN' text.

I have attached a screen shot of the button I am speaking of.

I want that button to say "reservations' and then go to one of the pages on the website.

Thank you!

The text for button you can change in template language file in root/languages/en-GB directory. The position will always show this text if some module is published in 'login' position.

And where do you modify the link to disable it from showing a pop up box and have it go to an article page on the website?

In template settings, in features tab. Please also unpublish module in 'login' position.

I see in the features tab you can change the URL to the login page. However when you change that URL it doesn't do anything to the LOG IN button on the menu bar.

How do you make it so when you click the LOG IN button on the menu bar go to another page on the website and NOT open the pop up box.

If you disable the module in the login position then it takes away the button completely. I don't it gone completely just want i to take you to another page on the site similar to any of the other navigation items.

Thank you

It will change the URL if you UNPUBLISH module at 'login' position. All that you need to do is to disable this module via module manager.
