Hi Everyone.
Could someone please help me with the launch of the multilingual site with this template. I do it all day and nothing. I have no problem with simple templates, but this is a challenge for me. I have right setting - Language Filter, I have menu language versions, but I can not get it to work - I can not find the right system for connecting menu for frontpage and subpage. Which item (main menu item) should be in the language switch (menu) to open the moving frontpage?

how to look like a tree in the section Template Manager: Styles ?
Creativity - Frontpage-all
Creativity - subpage - CZ
Creativity - Frontpage-UK
Creativity - subpage - UK

thx for your help and please excuse my English.

Hello,

If you want to use the different menus as mainmenu in our template for different subpages, then you have create duplicates of your template and assign it to specific menu items. Then in the templates you can specify main menu under the menu tab.

So thx for answer but,

I wrote below, I have everything ready - menu and submenu for each templates (menu section I of course temlate assigned too well), but when I turn on the language filter switch does not work (not displayed). Actual language switch that has to be created in the menu and the contain one entry for each language (main article) is also a problem, because the main page does not contain a main article and is composed only of modules and thus can not I open the main page.

I possible make for me screen shots..?

Thx for your help

As I see you have a big mess in your menu structure - my advice - please recreate the menu structure using this tutorial: http://www.gavick.com/documentation/gen ... oomla-1-7/

Thx for your
reply,

your link is fine but it is seting for normal page with one menu. Creativity template working with two menus for one language (fronpage and subpage) I think seting from your link is not applicable for this template. Yes or no?

Seting point 2 from your link....
I set the language filter also on the link, but it throws an error 400.

Seting point 3 from your link is major problem for Creativity template....
"Main menu" with main article for all pages is my Lang. Switch on screen. Big problem is > Fronpage is all done from the modules and you do not activate the main article or am I wrong?

Thx Pomi

Do you try to assign every language to separate template? This language menus should have only Home menu item - all other menu items should be copied to root menu and then only assign to proper language.
