Mobile version - pages are not placed in the exact spot

Hello!
my website has a problem if it appears on mobile devices. In the sense that, if I select any page from the main menu (portfolio, contacts, etc.) is not placed in the exact spot, why? My website is [removed]

I've visited your site and the mobile menu is working fine. When I select some menu item the page scrolls down, please check this image screenshot

Maybe I just don't understand where is the problem, could you provide me better details ?

No, if you visit my site from a mobile phone (I tried from my iphone 4s) there is no perfect anchorage between pages. In the sense that if I click on portfolio page or contacts page or other pages, the text is not centered... Look here [removed]

Do you use latest template version? I've checked the on iPad mini and there is no problem with scrolling to anchor points.
