How to control K2 item/category image sizes?

I would like to know how to control the K2 images. I have specified them in a certain format in the K2 ... but the image still appears too big.

Hints on this?

So just to clarify a bit further.

As it is now the K2 image is automatically stretched out horizontally. I do not want this, I want to have it the size I specify in the K2 component.

Let me know how to solve this pleas. :dry:
