gkTeam col3 does not work

I use a custom HTML module with this for exemple :

<div class="gkTeam col3 animate_queue">
<img src="xxx" border="0" alt="xxx" />
<h3>xxx</h3>
<img src="xxx" border="0" alt="xxx" />
<h3>xxx</h3>
<img src="xxx" border="0" alt="xxx" />
<h3>xxx</h3>
</div>

But the text and images are in 1 colon and the animation doesn't work.
Can you help me about it please.

I have an other problem :
if you click on the logo and you return on the gkHeader i have 6 pictures.
If you refresh the navigator (chrome safari...), the pictures with a pop up link/image disapear (JCE Mediabox).
Do you know why ?

Can You please explain this problem a little better ? When I look at Your site I see 3 columns. Also after refreshing the site it looks the same.
