color of template

I am trying to change (backend) the standard color of the template (for example hover color of the text to orange in stead of blue). Blue is nice but prefer the orange one (like in your demo template).

Tried several settings in the template manager (basic settings | template color) but none of them (color I, II, etc.) is changing the color of the template.

Is there something I am doing wrong?
