Hi

I know it's a very log shot!

But, is there a way to assign a sidebar module to one of the #gkHeader or #gkBottom positions on the home page?

http://cleverinkdev.co.uk/stereo/#gkBottom1-5

I would like to add a K2 Archive module on the sidebar.

Thanks :)

Hi,
here you've got all module positions /click to see/

...therefore, it is theoretically possible, just a few lines of CSS code.

But it depends on with module position you need it.

Hi Pawel,

Thanks for the quick reply :)

I understand the module positions - I just don't understand how to assign a sidebar to a specific module position (#gkBottom1-5)

The menu item name is News and the type is external url linked to #gkBottom1-5

I have a assigned the K2 Archive module to News but it doesn't show...

Any ideas?

Ok, let's start from beginning.

Could you add two modules in this same module position?

Which Module is your main module, and what is his module position name (mainbody_bottom or bottom1)?

p.s.
You can also add your module to mainbody_bottom - where Sidebar ends.
I think you don't have to use all bottom1/2 module position. This is easy way , no extra CSS or framework hack.

OK got it now.

Was a bit confused - I thought you can only link menu items to #gkHeader and #gkBottom...

Didn't realise you can link to any module position :)

Thanks for your help
